There seems to be a lot of new Classified
Avenue contacts, and I have been getting a
lot of questions so I thought this would be
a great place to address some of the.
Q. Do we have to run your house ad
that you send over every week?
A. You are not required to run any ads
against your policies. We do however
encourage you to run our house ad as it is
a solid lead generator. You can add YOUR
contact info instead of our 888 number
and book the ad through Classified Avenue
yourself and receive a nice commission
though....a win/win for all!
Q. Why is there an Employment
Opportunity category and a Help Wanted
category? Aren’t they the same?
A. No, they are not the same. Any ad
placed in Classified Avenue’s Help Wanted
category is a JOB, with no money to be
paid for information, or signing up.
Employment Opportunities require pay-
ment for information. If you do not have
an Employment Opportunities category-
you will want to place those ads under
Q. When do your ads get sent out? Why
don’t I get them?
A. Our ads are sent out every Thursday
morning from SNA Headquarters. If you do
not receive them by Noon, you should call
or e-mail Beth Leman or Deanna Lewis.
Before you call, please check your spam
folder in your e-mail since our e-mails can
sometimes get misdirected there.
Q. Do you check out these advertisers
before you place the ad?
A. Absolutely! They usually go through
rigorous checks from the agencies I receive
them from plus I double check them
through various sources (BBB, Rip off
Report.com, etc.). Many of our adver-
tisers have run in Classified Avenue for
years. Please not that many complaints
and “scam” issues are due to the ad being
placed in the wrong category.
Q. What if I have a complaint?
A. Always call or email me with com-
plaints. I will get back to you with a
Q. Do I have to submit tearsheet?
A. Please note that on a weekly basis,
however it is required that you submit
tearsheets for our quarterly audits, as
well as an affidavit. We send the necessary
information out each quarter for which
random week we are looking for. In order
to receive your SNA benefits for Classified
Avenue participation, it is required to
participate in these audits.
